How we work to keep this website usable for everyone, and how to tell us when it is not.

Readable text, meaningful headings, descriptive image text, visible focus and sufficient colour contrast.
If any page is difficult to use, we will give you the same information by WhatsApp or email.
Accessibility problems are treated as faults. Report one and we will look into it.
We aim to make this website perceivable, operable, understandable and robust for as many people as possible, including people using screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification or reduced-motion settings.
We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as our reference point. We work towards it as an ongoing commitment rather than claiming a formal certification.
Pages use a logical heading order; images that carry meaning have descriptive alternative text; text and background colours are chosen for contrast; the layout adapts to small screens and to zoom; and interactive elements are reachable by keyboard.
Some content is provided by third parties — for example an embedded map — and we do not control its accessibility. Photographs of the campus and fleet are decorative in places. Documents supplied by external bodies may not meet the same standard. We will provide the same information in another format on request.
If you cannot access something on this site, contact us and we will provide the information another way — by WhatsApp or by email. Email layanglayangenroll@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp at 01155506922.
We treat accessibility problems as faults. Please tell us the page address, what you were trying to do, and the browser or assistive technology you were using, so we can reproduce the problem.
We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports promptly, explain what we can do, and give you the information you were looking for in the meantime.
We review this statement when the website changes materially. The version published on this page is the current one.
