What happened, when, who was involved, what you would like us to do, and how best to reach you.
An acknowledgement, a named point of contact, an honest explanation, and a decision you can escalate.
This page covers concerns about this website, our admissions and enquiry handling, our facilities and our training delivery. Matters that fall to a regulator, a medical examiner or a financier are outside our control, but we will tell you who to approach.
Email layanglayangenroll@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp at 01155506922. You may also write to us at Lot 1, Sultan Azlan Shah Airport, Jalan Lapangan Terbang, 31350 Ipoh, Perak, Malaysia. Please mark your message “Complaint” or “Feedback” so it is routed correctly.
Tell us what happened and when, who was involved, what outcome you are seeking, and how you would prefer to be contacted. Please do not include identity documents, banking credentials or medical records; if we need those, we will tell you how to send them securely.
We aim to acknowledge your message promptly and give you a point of contact. We will look into what happened, speak to those involved where appropriate, and come back to you with an explanation and, where something went wrong, what we are doing about it.
Tell us. Ask for the matter to be reviewed by a senior member of the academy, setting out why you think the outcome is wrong. Where a matter falls within the remit of the Civil Aviation Authority of Malaysia or another body, you retain the right to approach them directly.
We handle complaints in confidence and share the details only with those who need them to investigate and respond. Personal information is handled in line with our Privacy Policy.
You may raise a concern without giving your name. We will still look into it, though it may limit our ability to investigate fully or to come back to you with an outcome.
If an instructor or a member of staff has done well, tell us that too. We pass it on.
