If you become an applicant, Admissions will separately request the documents required for your application and will tell you how to send them securely.

Please do not send identity documents, passport or identity card scans, banking or payment credentials, or medical records through public channels such as this website, WhatsApp or ordinary email. If any such material reaches us unsolicited, we will not retain it in those channels.

We use your information to respond to your enquiry, to assess your eligibility and recommend a suitable pathway, to issue a document checklist, to inform you about intakes you have asked about, and to meet our obligations to the Civil Aviation Authority of Malaysia and other applicable regulators.

We share personal information only where it is necessary: with the Civil Aviation Authority of Malaysia and other regulators where required, with service providers who operate our systems under confidentiality obligations, and where we are required to do so by law. We do not sell your personal information.

Enquiry records are kept only for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and for our legitimate record-keeping. Records relating to training, examinations and licensing are kept for the periods required by the applicable aviation regulations.

We apply organisational and technical measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the information. No transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure, which is why we ask that sensitive documents are shared only through the route Admissions gives you.

This website does not carry advertising pixels, tag managers or third-party analytics profiling.
