COURSE STRUCTURE

What the training covers.

The sequence connects theoretical understanding, instructor briefing, practical application and structured assessment.

Ground school

Aviation fundamentals and safety knowledge in preparation for applicable CAAM examinations.

Basic handling

Pre-flight preparation, aircraft control, take-off, climb, turns, descent, approach and landing.

Circuit development

Repeated circuit practice, radio procedures, spacing, go-arounds and abnormal-situation awareness.

Navigation and cross-country

Route planning, map reading, position reporting, diversions and supervised cross-country operations.

Solo and final check

Supervised solo exercises and preparation for the final skill test.
